We operate on a fixed fee service only for our work, which means that there are no hidden costs. We will make clear in our client care letter who is responsible for your file. Disbursements are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties, such as visas and you will pay this directly as part of the application process. You will be informed at the date of instruction of the exact Government fees payable ( overseas applications are payable in local currency).
All overseas visa applications are taken on a no visa no professional fees basis only with an initial deposit and the balance is paid once the visa is issued.

How long will my application take to process?
We cannot guarantee how long the Home Office will take to process your application. Read the current processing times.
When we take your initial instructions we will estimate how long your application may take to prepare and submit. For example, a typical spouse entry clearance application can be prepared in 4-6 weeks, so long as you are able to provide supporting evidence promptly. Please note the anticipated time and fees are estimates based on the facts above. All applications are likely to vary and of course, we can give you a more accurate estimate once we have more information about your specific case.
